Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience working with Erik and the team. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my aging HVAC system, clearly explained my options without any pressure, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

When I decided to move forward with the replacement, they were able to schedule the installation right away, which was especially appreciated during a stretch of very hot weather. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.

This wasn't my first time using them, and it definitely won't be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional HVAC service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. HVAC Buddies did an excellent job on a new AC unit installation in my condo. They responded quickly and gave me a fair quote with multiple options for upgrades. They took the time to explain the options but weren’t pushy about which ones I chose. Erik and his team arrived right on time for the installation, and they didn’t leave until the job was done. There was a minor snag during the project that was outside anyone’s control, but Erik responded professionally, kept me in the loop, and stayed later than planned to get it done and save us from the heatwave. It’s great to get real customer service from a local small business who cares.
